The Pizza Tag is a simple way to provide us with information about your account when you need personal assistance. It's a quick reference that helps our support team identify your account and investigate any issues you're experiencing.

Using the Bot Command

The quickest way to get your Pizza Tag is by using the bot command directly in Microsoft Teams:

1. Open a chat with PizzaTime:

Start a conversation with the PizzaTime bot in Microsoft Teams. You can find it in your apps or by searching for PizzaTime in the chat search.

2. Send the command:

Type pizza-tag and send the message.

3. Copy your Pizza Tag:

The bot will immediately reply with your Pizza Tag information. Copy this information to include in your support message.

Using the App Settings

You can also find your Pizza Tag through the PizzaTime app settings in Microsoft Teams:

1. Open PizzaTime in Microsoft Teams:

Navigate to the PizzaTime app in Microsoft Teams. You can find it in your apps list or by searching for PizzaTime.

2. Go to the Settings tab:

Click on the Settings tab at the top of the app.

3. Navigate to Feedback section:

Scroll down to the Feedback section on the settings page.

4. Click the Pizza Tag button:

In the top right corner of the Feedback section, you'll see a 🍕 Pizza Tag button. Click it to open a modal with your information.

5. Copy your Pizza Tag:

Click the Copy button in the modal to copy your Pizza Tag. You can then send it to our support team – you can even use the support form and include this information inside your message.

What's included in the Pizza Tag?

The information included in your Pizza Tag is related to your Microsoft Teams workspace – it's not something special generated by PizzaTime, just standard workspace identifiers that help us locate your account quickly and provide personalized assistance in case of emergency or when you need personal support.

UID - Your unique identifier in Microsoft Teams
TID - Your organization's Microsoft Teams workspace identifier
APP - The version of PizzaTime you're currently using
